July in the Studio — Monthly Roundup

July was super busy! Here's a look at what happened.

 

🎨 Paintings Finished

July brought more work from the Wild Meadow Series — six new specimens: Kismet, Hover, Scatter, Diverge, Viceroy, and Emperor!

 

🌸 New Collections

I've started a new collection of work....it isn't ready yet, but it is titled "Known Places". Each piece is based on a place that I know and love. The first three are landscapes inspired by the Tennessee River.

 

🛍️ Works Sold

This month, 8 of our paintings found their forever home. I am so grateful that collectors are enjoying my work. Back to work to create more!

 

📅 Markets Attended

July marked another exciting in-person appearance! We were featured at DBO Gallery as part of the Downtown Clarksville ArtWalk Series. Such an honor to show work in a dedicated gallery space — thank you to DBO Gallery for having us. 

 

🎉 Big News!

I’m now an official member of the Downtown Artists Cooperative (DAC Gallery) in Clarksville, Tennessee! DAC is a collective of local artists dedicated to growing the arts community in downtown Clarksville, and I’m honored to be part of it. Stay tuned for more on what this means for upcoming shows and where you can find my work in person.

☀️ Me Time!

Snapped this shot at the Piney River Resort Campground in Bon Aqua, Tennessee. Took a couple of days to relax with some of my very best friends. Love this shot.
