FAQ

Jump to a question:

Are these real, original paintings?

Yes. Each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind painting created by Teri Stephens.

Do you offer prints?

Yes. We do offer prints of "some" of our artwork on our Etsy shop. You can browse our print selection here. We will be adding prints to this website soon.

Are the paintings framed?

Most of our paintings are unframed on 1.5 inch gallery wrapped canvas. The sides are painted so they look nice without framing. However, they can be framed once your art arrives if you would like.

If we offer a painting with a frame, it will be shown in the frame and noted in the description. Feel free to reach out with any questions using our contact page.

Are the paintings ready to hang?

Yes. Your artwork will arrive ready to hang, right out of the box.

Do you offer local pick up?

Absolutely! I can even arrange to deliver your painting if you live within reasonable driving distance from zip code 38221. My studio is located in Big Sandy, Tennessee. I also have a retail location in Clarksville, Tennessee. Just reach out, I'll be happy to get your artwork to you.

Do you accept commissions?

Whether you have a specific vision or simply a feeling you want to capture, I'm happy to talk through the possibilities. Commissions are available in a range of sizes and are priced based on size and complexity. To learn more about the process and get started, visit my Commissions page.

Where can I view your work in person?

My paintings are available to view at Local Honey Vintage inside Miss Lucille's Marketplace on Madison in Clarksville, Tennessee. I also participate in the monthly Artwalk events in Downtown Clarksville. For the latest on where I'll be, feel free to reach out. You can also follow along on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest for new work and event updates.

How do you ship your paintings, and how are they packaged?

Each painting is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. I take great care to protect your artwork during transit. Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you have questions about shipping or need a painting by a specific date, please reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

What is your return policy? What if my painting arrives damaged?

Each painting is one of a kind and made with care, so I encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I will help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For all other inquiries, visit my contact page.
