Diverge — Specimen No. 10 — is an original acrylic painting of a moth from the Wild Meadow Series.

Teal wings spread wide, marked with peacock-eye circles and rich burgundy patches dotted in pink — this moth carries the kind of color that stops you mid-step. Painted in the style of a naturalist specimen card, complete with hand-drawn border notations, Diverge feels both wild and carefully observed.

Artist Note: I got a little wild with this moth. I was having fun with the blues and greens and kept layering colors until I had to make myself stop. — Teri
