Rosy — Specimen No. 16 — is an original acrylic painting from the Wild Meadow Butterfly Series.

Soft mauve and dusty rose sweep across the lower wings in layered strokes — punctuated by bursts of golden yellow and  forest green. The striped abdomen anchors the piece in naturalist detail, while the muted palette and textured white background evoke the quiet beauty of a field specimen.
